The Vintners’ Bar

Come and try the wines of Nyon and its region in an authentic wine cellar located in the basement of the Castle. You can expect a warm welcome from Romain Bulland and Carlos Fernandes who will be only too happy to share their passion for the region’s excellent wine and local products with you. The Cellar is open for events of all kinds, from pre-dinner drinks to catered banquets, during and outside opening hours (50 places available).
